LONGWAY BANK WOOD

During the summer months we are busy making charcoal from our hard wood thinnings. It is quick and easy to light with just a sheet of newspaper and and a few twigs and is ready to cook in 15 minutes. Most importantly it is grown locally, made locally and sold locally, which makes for a very sustainable alternative to imported charcoal from around the world.
