Longway Bank Wood is a mixed pine and broadleaf woodland in the Derwent Valley. We are bringing it back into active management as we thin the pine trees, create glades and plant areas of coppice woodland. We run volunteer days, make charcoal and have various events on site. There are plenty of ways to get involved!
